I am sitting here wondering what to blog about while I drink my delicious Gatorade. So I figured why not talk about something I enjoy very much. I like gatorade. a lot. It is just one of those things that you can drink all the time. You can drink it anywhere, anytime and anyone can enjoy it! There is no age limit to enjoy this taste treat. I myself am a fan of lemon-lime. It's just amazing. And I am currently drinking it. But gatorade is one of those drinks that is amazing in every flavor. It truely is. And now a day there are just so many exotic flavors I cannot keep up with. I stay simple and classy with my lemon-lime but I'll never no to trying a wonderful new yummy gatorade flavor if it come my way. The thing about gatorade is though it is actually not that great for you. My trainor always yells at me for drinking so much. He says it is very good fro replenishing after working out or a game but not just throughout the day. But I do anyways because its delish and I can't say no to the giant G with a lightning through it. Thoughts on gatorade? Is everyone a fan? I do not actually think I have ever come across a person who was not a huge fan. Please inform me other wise. Until then, Keep replenishing your bodies and enjoying the lovely refreshing taste of gatorade.

Gatorade is good, but I have to agree with the Waterboy that water is better. Nothing beats an ice cold water right after a hard workout.

ReplyDeleteI often drink Gatorade at practice instead of drinking water. I am not a fan of drinking water unless I am extremely thirsty. I need something with taste to get me through a workout.
